With high-performance telesurgery technology, Toumai™ enables real-time remote surgical collaboration, connecting surgeons and medical teams across geographical boundaries.
China, Morocco, Belarus, Angola, Chile, Panama, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, India and Paraguay.
On 24 August 2026, a remote robotic-assisted prostate cancer surgery connected Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital (Korat, Thailand), where the patient underwent surgery with a local medical team present in the operating room, and Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital (Bangkok, Thailand), where the lead surgeon remotely controlled the surgical robot. The two hospitals are approximately 250 kilometres apart.
The procedure was supported by a high-speed internet connection with an exceptionally low latency of approximately 22 milliseconds, allowing the surgeon to view the surgical field and control the robotic system in near real time, with virtually imperceptible delay.

Congratulations to Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital on successfully completing its 100th Toumai™ robotic surgery in Thailand.

Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital in Bangkok and Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital, about 250 km apart, were connected for prostate cancer surgery with the Toumai® Surgical System.
